WebDash is a small UK studio. We build hand-coded websites for businesses who'd rather pay once, own the result, and never wrestle with a page builder again.

Hi, we're WebDash.

We started WebDash in 2022 because we kept rebuilding the same thing for friends running local businesses: a fast, simple website that didn't cost £8,000 from an agency or £40 a month from a SaaS that never quite fit.

We don't use Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow or page builders. Every WebDash site is hand-coded — which sounds old-fashioned but is exactly why our sites load in under a second and never break when a plugin updates.

We pick up the phone. We answer email the same day. And if your site doesn't earn its keep, we'll work with you to fix it, not upsell you onto another plan.

The studio

A studio of one — on purpose.

WebDash is deliberately a one-person studio. The person who picks up the phone is the same person who designs, hand-codes and ships your site — so nothing gets lost in a handover, and one craftsperson is accountable for the whole thing, start to finish.

One point of contact

No account managers, no call-centre tickets. You talk directly to the person doing the work.

No junior hand-offs

Your site isn't passed down to whoever's free. Every line of it is built by hand, by the same person.

Small on purpose

Staying small keeps the prices honest and the quality high. Fewer clients, done properly — not a factory.

Fixed prices, written down

Every quote is fixed before we start. If we underestimate, that's our problem — not a "discovery phase" invoice on top.

You own the code

We hand over the source files at launch. If we ever stop being a fit, you can take them anywhere. No lock-in.

Speed is non-negotiable

Every page is benchmarked on Lighthouse before launch. If it's not fast, it doesn't ship.

We say no to bad ideas

If a feature won't earn its keep, we'll tell you. You're paying us for an honest opinion, not a yes.
