How WebDash handles your information — in plain English.

Who we are
WebDash is a UK-based, one-person web design studio. For any privacy question, email support@webdash.co.uk.
What we collect
We only hold the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email, phone number and details about your project — when you contact us by email or WhatsApp, or book a call. We do not run tracking pixels, and we never sell your data.
Booking a consultation
Consultations are booked through Square Appointments. When you book, your details are processed by Square under their own privacy policy. We receive only what's needed to prepare for and hold your call.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single setting in your browser to remember your light/dark theme preference. That's it.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and quote your project.
- To build and support a website if you become a client.
- To send essential service messages (for example about hosting or your care plan).
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to run the studio — for example our hosting provider and Square for bookings. We never share your information for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and any period required by UK law (such as tax records).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@webdash.co.uk and we'll action it promptly.
