  • Server Logs (IONOS): Our website is hosted by IONOS Cloud Ltd. Like all hosting providers, IONOS automatically collects data in server log files to ensure the security and performance of the site. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the date/time of access.
  • WebAnalytics (Cookie-Free): We use IONOS WebAnalytics to count visitor numbers. This service creates anonymous usage statistics based on the server logs mentioned above. It does not store cookies on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data. We use trusted third-party providers to facilitate our services:

  • IONOS (Hosting): Our website infrastructure is provided by IONOS. They process technical data (IP addresses) on our behalf to deliver the website to your screen.
  • Square (Booking & Payments): Our "Request Quote" and "Book Consultation" buttons link to Square. When you click these, you leave our site. Square acts as an independent data processor for your booking and payment details. We do not store payment info.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): If you use the WhatsApp contact link, you will be redirected to the WhatsApp platform.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, or marketing cookies.
